Job Description
Outreach Grid is looking for an experienced Customer Happiness Specialist committed to providing superior service and creating delightful experiences with our customers. Solid communication and writing skills are imperative, as the person in this role will be responsible for interacting with an assigned customer base on a variety of inquiries and issues.
You will also be responsible for understanding what activities increase customer retention and aligning that with internal company priorities in ways that benefit our customers. Your goal is to add more value to existing customers through channels like email, social, and content, while ensuring our customers remain happy and successful.
Responsibilities
Actively manage the happiness of our customers
Teaching, sharing and defining best practices for our local customer support representatives
Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to build a customer community
Partner with Engineering teams to implement features that will imrpove customer experience
Respond to and resolve inbound support issues
Requirements
1+ years experience in Customer Service or Account Management role
Startup DNA: A quick learner and fast on their feet, highly collaborative, always interested in learning
Strong relationship building skills and a clear communicator
Effective problem-solving skills
Familiar with cloud services, e.g. Zendesk, Asana, Trello, Google Drive
